Edible consumption :
Stevia wood and leaves are used.
Pour it into tea to sweeten and then drink!
Stevia leaves should be dried and stored away from direct sunlight, which can last up to 2 years.

Is stevia effective ?
Stevia has no calories and is two hundred times sweeter than sugar.
“Other studies suggest that stevia may have additional health benefits in addition to its sweet taste.”
A study in 2010 found that people who ate stevia instead of sugar did not overeat. Even after eating food sweetened by stevia, they had lower blood glucose levels than food sweetened by sugar. So eating stevia-sweetened foods leads to lower levels of insulin than sucrose and aspartame.

According to a 2017 article in the Journal of Medicinal Nutrition, stevia has the potential to treat endocrine disorders such as obesity, diabetes and high blood pressure; But more research is needed to prove such therapeutic effects.
