Chopped Date is produced from dry and semi-dried dates, such as Sayer Date, Zahedi Date, Piarom Date, etc. To produce chopped dates, first, the customer needs to choose the Date type, then we will wash the dates and dry them so we can start the pitting process, the last step is chopping the dates to the required size. the moisture level of chopped dates is a maximum of 15%. The color and sugar level of chopped dates depends on their raw material. In other words, their color can range from Orange to Black.

Chopped dates are available when their raw material is available. Meaning we can supply from October to September next year. so, our suggestion for customers is to book their orders in the last weeks of September.

We mostly export Chopped dates to Australia, England, India, Taiwan, Malaysia, Russia, Ukraine, etc.

Companies and Producers use this type of date mostly for Confectionery, industrial use, bakery, chocolate making, and nuts bars.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): for Sayer Dates is 3-10 Tons based on the chosen transportation form.

Loading: Sayer Dates can be loaded and shipped in 20 ft. and 40 ft. dry and refrigerator containers, most importantly, our recommendation for far distances and warm areas, is to use refrigerator containers, so the cargo will remain safe and sound during transportation.

Loading capacity of containers:

20 ft. Container: up to 17 Tons
40 ft. Container: up to 25 Tons
Shelf life: One year after the production date.

Keeping condition: Users can keep these dates at room temperature which has good air ventilation and it is free of dust. However, In our professional opinion, it is better to keep them in the Refrigerator which is cool (below 5 Centigrade) and dry with proper air ventilation.

Production Time: It depends on your needed quantity. So, It can vary between 15-25 working days.
