When she didn’t answer, her father’s hand started to move, clumsily dragging along her back before his hand fell on her butt and gave it a squeeze.
“No, you big goober!” I laughed, fighting him off. “Mommy's turn! You get to do Mommy this time!” He didn't understand. “Mom, you try calling him. Say what I did.”
He said something else and paused, shit, he was waiting for her to respond.“Sorry, what was that, daddy? I’m still pretty sleepy.”“I said, I guess we’re in the same boat today. I got my sleep in but I’m still feeling a bit tired. I guess I had a restless night as well.”
